Tatiara vs Redlegs – Under 16

Start of play began in real winter conditions, cold and misty rain. Tatiara held play at their attacking end for a lot of the first quarter, with Finn finding the back of the goals late in the first quarter.

Redlegs responding to this gained a lot more momentum, and the game became an end to end running game, with Finn again slotting one in mid second quarter.

As the rain eased in the second half the opportunities to score for both teams ramped up, but shots were well defended by both goalies to leave a final score of Tatiara 2 defeating Redlegs 0.

Tatiara vs Redlegs – Women

Cold drizzly start, Redlegs attacking hard early. Holly Peach , defending well for Tatiara and directing play in first 1/4. Strong vocals from , Chloe Nancarrow . Samantha Edwards , showed strong defence . Great directions to team mates from Sigourney Williams (Tatiara). Good save by Chloe Nancarrow late in the first 1/4.

2nd 1/4 , saw Laura Nash for Tatiara , take to the field with great enthusiasm. First goal of the game was early in the 2nd 1/4 to Sigourney Williams (Tatiara). Great pressure from the Redlegs led by Bek Bilston. Beautiful back pass from Oli Williams with deflecting from Sigourney Williams to score the 2nd goal of the match for Tatiara. Nice pick up from the pad with a goal to Hannah Harkness.
Great goal in the last minute of 2nd 1/4 to Kerrie Altus.

2nd half , saw a short corner to the Redlegs early in the play , with a goal to Hunter Adams. For the final 1/4 it was a cold 8 degrees. Chloe Nancarrow continued with her great game in goals for the Redlegs throughout the game. Goal off short to Sigourney Williams for Tatiara. shortly followed by a goal to Olivia Williams.
