Redlegs vs Dartmoor – Under 13
Redlegs’ Under 13 side has kicked off their season with a strong performance, showing great teamwork and control across the field.
Dartmoor, sporting a younger side this year, are still finding their rhythm and learning to play together, but showed plenty of promise throughout the match.
Redlegs worked well as a unit, moving the ball with smart passing and strong teamwork to create scoring opportunities. Dartmoor had their moments, breaking hard through the field on several occasions, only to be denied by an outstanding performance from Levi Kitto in goals for Redlegs.
At the other end, Grace Marshall was kept busy in the Dartmoor goals, putting in a solid effort and making a number of important saves to keep her side in the contest.
Henry Kitto led the scoring for Redlegs with three goals, while Eddie Fitzgerald added one. Hugo Frost was the lone goal scorer for Dartmoor.
A great game from both sides, with plenty to build on as the season gets underway.

Dartmoor vs Redlegs – Men
Dartmoor’s senior men have kicked off their season in style, taking down Redlegs with a 8–0 win on the weekend.
Despite being reduced to just 10 players, Redlegs showed plenty of determination, battling hard for the full game and working tirelessly in defence to limit the damage. Their resilience was evident as they managed to shut down numerous attacking plays, and working their way up to their attacking circle, however, not able to make it past the Dartmoor goalie. Despite this, Redlegs never gave up.
Dartmoor kept the pressure on all game, making the most of their chances and slotting some great team goals. Every time Redlegs worked hard to hold them out, Dartmoor found a way to bounce back and hit the scoreboard again.
Leading the charge on the scoreboard was John Sadler with an impressive three goals, while Chris Marshall added two. Jessie Lewis, Mason White and Alex Coon each contributed with a goal to round out the convincing win.
